The Co-Rotating Twin screw extruder is the advanced compounding and pelletizing equipment with high-performance. Main equipment introduction:

Twin screw extruder


The main machinery is provided advanced structure, easy to operation and maintain. Realized high performance and high output and low consume.

The structure building block principle is adopted by machinery design. The L/D, the steel material of barrel and screw elements, the feeding system, venting system and pelletizing system can be chosen by customers.

Shaft and screw elements


Spline structure of shaft can fix position of screw elements accurately, to satisfy performance of high torque and high speed.

Deep channel design of screw, and applying computer for optimizing the tooth curve design, and using qualified machine to matching precision, can guarantee screw elements to fulfill the performance of transmission, pressure-forming, compounding, reaction and grafting, extrusion and self-clean with high efficiency.

Special mixing rollers, and tooth blocks, and transmission rollers realize compounding and mixing with efficiency performance.

Barrel


Apply bimetal material or nitride steel or stainless steel for the barrel.

According to different raw material, the close barrel, feeding barrel, side feeding barrel, liquid feeding barrel, venting barrel and extrusion barrel are available.

According to different specific property of raw material, apply qualified barrels of alloy material. To increase wear-resisting, inlaying hard alloy liner inside of the barrels.

Gearbox


Structure of high-torque gearbox, combined immersion lubricating and forcing lubricating together, with alarm function of low oil level and over pressure oil, to ensure machine running in high rotating speed, high torque outputs, low noise as well as running in smoothly with long life.

Pelletizing system


According to different property of raw material, apply different pelletizing system. Strand pelletizing system, Air-cooling pelletizing system, Water-ring pelletizing system, Eccentric pelletizing system and Under-water pelletizing system are available.

Auxiliary system


According to different processing requirement, apply relevant auxiliary machine. Hydraulic double position continue screen changer, Gear pump, equipment with polymer wrapped round long fiber, stainless steel wire belt with air cooling, polishing machine, puller, winder, cutter and calibration machine are available.

Feeding system


Volumetric feeding system can fulfil requirement of feeding granules, power, liquid, crashed film and foaming plastic material, fiber, etc.

Loss-in-weight feeding system/Gravimetric feeding system, the mechanical structure of feeder can fulfil requirement to feed varied physical appearance of polymer and inorganic matter.

Electric control system


According to customer requirement, apply PLC as control system. For the electric implements, adopt bus bar, Siemens contactor, Omron temperature controller, Schneider inverter, and Parker SSD Drives.

To ensure machine running in safety and reliable as well as easy to operate.
