The crushing of waste plastics after consumption can reduce the volume of waste plastics, is conducive to the transportation and storage of waste plastics, and is an indispensable project to improve the separation accuracy.
(1) online crushing
Waste plastics crushing is an important way to recycle some factories' leftover materials. The edge and corner waste produced in the factory production process, because it is not in circulation, often clean, can be crushed and directly mixed into new materials for reproduction, generally up to 10%, or even higher.
Usually polyolefin tape film (including biaxial stretching film) and sheet material can be recovered on-line, directly added to the hopper. Unqualified pipes, sheets, and material heads can be recycled after crushing with various crushers. Because of its large diameter and long length, large-scale pipes often need special crushing equipment. Otherwise, they need to be sawed into small pieces manually before they can be crushed by ordinary crushers.
All kinds of crushers are used to crush raw materials such as pipes, sheets, and heads. Waste plastics come from extremely complex sources and come in a variety of shapes, ranging from plate, tube, rod, wire, membrane, hollow solid, soft and hard waste pipes up to several meters in length, automotive bumpers, automotive dashboards, and eyedrops. 1. Single shaft shearing crusher.
The structure of the uniaxial shearing crusher used for crushing waste plastics is shown in the figure below. It is mainly composed of a rotor, a rotary knife and a fixed knife.
There are two categories of medium speed and high speed. The technical parameters and characteristics are as follows:
1.1 medium speed. The rotational speed is 50 100r / min, the size of the crushed material is 50 100mm (mesh size), and the power consumption is medium. The cutter is made of superhard material. The damage caused by foreign body should be paid attention to.
1.2 high speed. The rotational speed is 400 800r/min, the size of crushed material is 3 10mm (mesh size), the power consumption is large, and the tool wear is large.
2. Two axis shearing crusher.
The structure of a two-axis shear crusher used for crushing waste plastics is shown in the figure below. It is mainly composed of a rotor, a rotary knife and a fixed knife.

There are two categories of low speed and medium speed. The technical parameters and characteristics are as follows:
2.1 low speed. The rotational speed is 5_20r/min. The size of the crushed object is determined by the geometric structure and number of the cutter. Generally, it is 150_300mm. The power consumption is small, and some small foreign bodies can be crushed.
2.2 medium speed. The rotating speed is 200 250 R / min, the size of the broken material is 15 100 mm (mesh size), and the power consumption is moderate. The cutting tool is made of superhard material. The damage of foreign body to the cutting tool should be paid attention to.
Low-speed biaxial shearing crusher is generally used for coarse crushing; medium-speed uniaxial shearing crusher and medium-speed biaxial shearing crusher are used for fine crushing; rotary knife is mainly in the shape of quadrangular pillars, general biaxial processing capacity is greater; high-speed uniaxial shearing crusher can get finer crushing materials.
3, four roller bottle grinder
Waste plastic products, such as bottles, often need to be crushed before mechanical separation. It is a crushing device consisting of four rollers arranged in a semicircular groove. The four rollers are divided into two groups and placed in four grooves, one, two, three and four, respectively, to rotate in different directions. The four rollers are equipped with different shapes of cutters to ensure the best crushing.
4, automotive parts crushing unit
The crushing unit for automobile parts is composed of a single-shaft preliminary crusher and a four-shaft crusher. It is used for the disassembled bumper, dashboard, door trim, blanket and wheel core cover. The crushing capacity is 150 3000kg/h. Safety measures are also considered for the battery box and fuel tank.
